"I am interested in how
pastors organize their thinking in caring with others, and,
particularly, the pastor's participation in the hard tasks of
redemptive relations. I was a participant in the national
three-year leadership education project sponsored by Hartford
Seminary. Conversations with denominational executives and
seminary faculty from across the country have refined my own
research on models of African American pastoral care"
