On-Campus Housing

The Dewire Residence Hall

is a 37-bed, two-floor dormitory, offering single-occupancy accommodations for students who commute and desire accommodations one, two, three, or four nights per week. Rooms are arranged in suites of two sleeping/living areas with a common bathroom in between. Linens are provided at the start of your stay. Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are supplied and changed daily. Meals are available during the week in the Dunn Dining Hall; the cost for these is included in residence hall fees. Laundry facilities are available free of charge on each floor. Also provided are a lounge, a meditation chapel, a kitchen, study area with computer, and exercise room. Small storage areas are available on the lower level. Rates include all utilities, high-speed internet and cable tv. Housing and meals are not available during break weeks.



4 nights, 9 meals per week: $2,898 semester- fall (Sept.-Dec.), spring (Feb.-May)
3 nights, 9 meals per week: $2,338 semester- fall (Sept.-Dec.), spring (Feb.-May)
2 nights, 6 meals per week: $1,554, semester- fall (Sept.-Dec.), spring (Feb.-May)
1 night, 3 meals per week: $770 semester- fall (Sept.-Dec.), spring (Feb.-May)
Weekend: $40 per night; 5 weeks/semester
January and summer term: $40 per night; meals may be purchased when Dining Hall is open

The Helen Werner Apartment Building

is a three-story building designed for adult apartment living. Efficiency and one-bedroom units are available. Efficiency apartments have a combined living area and bedroom, a dining area, bathroom and kitchenette. One-bedroom apartments have a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom. A community room with computer, laundry facilities, and small storage areas are also provided. The Werner apartments are unfurnished. Rates include all utilities, high-speed internet and cable TV. Semester rates cover September through December and February through May. Monthly rates are charged for January, June, July and August, and are billed separately.


Efficiency unit: $1,760 semester, $440 per month
One bedroom unit: $2,060 semester, $515 per month

The Kleist Manor

Apartments are one and two-bedroom apartments available for students with a spouse and/or dependent children. The apartments are arranged in clusters of five separate buildings with one-bedroom on a single level and two bedroom apartments in a townhouse design. In addition, each apartment contains a living room, eat-in kitchen, bathroom and utility room with a washer/dryer combination that is shared with the neighboring apartment. All units have central air conditioning. Every apartment has a ground level front and rear entrance with a shared front porch. Limited storage space is available in the lower level of one building. Kleist Manor apartments are unfurnished. Rates include all utilities, high-speed internet and cable TV.  Semester rates cover September through December and February through May.  Monthly rates are charged for January, June, July and August, and are billed separately.
