Methodist Theological School in Ohio hosts occasional Saturday open houses. The events are free and open to anyone considering a graduate-level theological education. Breakfast and lunch will be provided at no charge.

Highlights include opportunities to sit in on a class, tour apartments and residence halls, learn about MTSO’s many financial aid options, and talk with current students, faculty and admissions counselors.

“Even intelligent and organized people can become a little flustered as they consider a graduate education,” said April Casperson, MTSO recruitment coordinator. “By the time they leave our campus, our guests will have a much better sense of their options and the steps they can take toward their goals.”

“People who have attended our open houses tell us they appreciate our approach,” Casperson said. “As they talk with our current students, they get a real sense of how they’ll fit in. And in meetings with faculty and admissions counselors, they appreciate that we’re most interested in helping them in their journey, not selling them a product.”

To register, send an email to admit@mtso.edu with your contact information, and indicate whether you need overnight housing. Housing is available at $42 a night.
