Quick Start Guide

Please follow this guide to help you transition into the MTSO technology resources available to you.

Step 1: You will receive a pdf copy of your school schedule from the registrar’s office. This schedule will have your Student ID number listed near the top. Your Student ID is your case-sensitive account password (until you choose to change it). Your account username for all MTSO gateways will be your full MTSO email address which is your first initial and your last name combined (e.g. bfranklin@mtso.edu).[1]

Step 2: Once you have your information, outlined in step 1, visit the Password Reset Self-Service and enroll in the service. You must enroll in order to use this resource. You will be asked to select three security questions and to provide the text from a captcha image. Once you have you completed this process, you may return to the reset service at any time you forget your login password to reset it. You may also login to this system at any time to change your password or your security questions.[2]

Step 3: Congratulations! You are now ready to access all of the MTSO gateways and to ensure access to these services at any time.
