Before start of the semester or by the end of the first week of the semester - 100%

By the end of the third week of the semester - 50%
By the end of the fifth week of the semester - 25%
After the fifth week of the semester - 0%
For J-Term and Summer Term
Before the start of the term OR by the end of the first weekday of the term – 100%
