Scholarships for New Students
MTSO has more than 40 full-tuition scholarships available, plus many offering partial tuition.
We’re pleased to offer these scholarships each year to full-time master’s students demonstrating the academic and personal qualifications identified by the donors whose generosity has made this assistance possible. As a scholarship applicant, you will be evaluated based on your academic achievement (an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher is required), leadership in the church and community, and potential for ministry.
The Harding Scholarship
The Harding Memorial Scholarship is the top award MTSO offers, with full tuition plus a $10,000 annual stipend. As such, the Harding has its own requirements, a unique application form and a February 1 deadline.
Harding Scholarship information, including an application, is available here.
All other scholarships
All of our other scholarships share a single application form. If you are applying for the Harding, you don’t need to complete this application.

The Fall 2014 Premier Scholarship priority deadline is February 1, 2014. If you meet the February 1 deadline, then you’ll be a part of the Premier Scholarship Interview Competition in March 2014. The 2014 scholarship application will be available in October 2013.
By turning in a scholarship application, you will ensure that you are considered for all scholarships for which you might be eligible. With the exception of the Harding Scholarship, there is no need for you to apply for a specific scholarship.
