MTSO Alumni Day features fellowship, tributes and jazz vespers

Methodist Theological School in Ohio invites all former students, faculty and staff to return to campus for Alumni Day 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7.

After a continental breakfast, the day's events will begin with a service of thanksgiving honoring Emeritus Professor of Field Education Bill McCartney. The service will be led by MTSO Bishop in Residence Judith Craig.

The day also will include the Mount Alumni Awards Luncheon, a demonstration of MTSO's latest classroom technology and a student ministry fair. It will close with a jazz vespers service, led by a combo featuring Hammond B-3 organist and MTSO alumnus Michael Padula.

While Alumni Day is presented at no cost to guests, those who plan to attend are asked to RSVP at www.mtso.edu/alumniday.

Methodist Theological School in Ohio prepares leaders of many faith traditions for lives of significance in service to the church and the world.
