Seminary Hill Farm offers locally sourced holiday meal boxes

MTSO's Seminary Hill Farm is offering complete, locally sourced holiday meals for pickup Dec. 22.

Each Christmas Holiday Meal Box includes a whole pasture-raised, non-GMO chicken; sourdough stuffing with vegetables; sweet potato mash; Christmas collards; a freshly harvested salad mix; artisan spinach garlic bread; and deviled eggs from pasture-raised, non-GMO chickens. All key ingredients are from Seminary Hill Farm and other area farms.

The price is $90. A Vegetarian Christmas Holiday Meal Box, with everything except chicken, is available for $70. An included guide will provide instructions for preparing the food.

Christmas Holiday Box Meals may be ordered through Dec. 19 at www.seminaryhillfarm.org and picked up between 2 and 6 p.m. Dec. 22 on the MTSO campus, 3081 Columbus Pike in Delaware. For every five meals sold, Seminary Hill Farm will donate one meal to a family in need.
